i used this g1 yesterday in the office. It was great, but the internet connection was slow. I don’t know if it was the connection OR if it was the g1 itself.

yea well i got the g1 now i when i was buying it the guys say i have to have internet for the phone to get up and running, i got it anyways but i had to wait few hours to start using it..still learning about it, it make my hand middle hurt because its too big for me lol

It as potential but in my opinion its not an iphone 3g ! however I wish there was a scanning app like that on the apple app store ! its great

wow, definetly not the best phone on the market, no headphones, or a way 2 push files and email??? plus its huge!! way 2 big, with that gay pop out keyboard. iphone way better!!!!!!!!!

i have a question. Do you get internet on it no matter where you are, like with the iphones 3g network? or do you need wi-fi?

There is an SD card slot on the side actually he didn’t mention it. I have a G1. 10 times better than the iphone ever could be. Best phone on the market.

Way to come up short Tmobile, Google, and whoever made the phone. It was all well and good until you said no .35mm headphone jack or microsoft exchange. No sd card expansion slot? What about video playback? Iphone again still has the market, but verizon is coming out strong with phones like the Dare and the new BlackBerry Storm.

I actually think it looks nice. The iPhone 3G is wide and fairly big, too. The black ones are better than the whites, though. The black shines. ^-^

i havent put this phone down yet. and after experiencing the HTC touch and iphone handson this blows them out the water…well maybe not the iphone but the htc touch pro is terrible only because its limited with the poor windows mobile os hahahahaha

yea true but my aunt have a friend work with tmobile phones, he said he work where they built the phones she said he told her about the g1 phone along time ago, he say they comming out with some new phone but i dont know when…could be a year from know lol who knows, he dont want to tell me about the phone because one day i told him to kiss my ass so he dont like me.

if it was going to be anytime soon, im pretty sure they would have annouced it by now so people aren’t pissed. Iphone 3g and Andriod will be the front runners in the “real smartphone” industry currently.
