I love the G1 but its not perfect, its potential is great. For example the hardware is pretty substantial, its a dual core qualcomm processor!! Plenty of memory and upgradabilty with sd cards. The android os is surprisingly hardy. I managed to crash it with a program that was unstable but the system came back quickly. Everythings open source so it will only get better.
