During a multi-party call, press <Options>. Then select Select one>Private. To drop one participant press <Options> and select Select one> Remove. Press the Delete/Menu exit key to end the multi-party call

During a call, call the second participant. The first call is put on hold during this time. Then press <Options> and select Join. You can add more participants by repeating step 1 and 2.
