Taking a Look at the Blackberry Pearl 3G
Wednesday, September 21st, 2011The main thing I have noticed about the Blackberry Pearl 3G is that it is a bit different from the normal Blackberry. To be perfectly honest the look of previous models really aren’t my cup of tea; I am not attracted to them aesthetically anyway. But the new device is something that I would like to have because it has a certain chic appearance to it and it is slim and compact. And what’s even better about it is the fact that the small size does not mean that any of the great features have been sacrificed; in fact if anything it is even better with the most up to date versions of GPS and Wi-Fi.
The other thing that makes the Blackberry Pearl 3G stand out is the screen. It is small but it is bright and easy on the eye. Viewing photos and watching videos is really easy and even more so when you use landscape mode. This phone has an inbuilt camera which is really great quality and which will allow you to watch make videos or take photographs which you can view on the screen. You can also surf the web to go on social networking sites such as Twitter and Facebook and the screen is good enough for this.
The difficulty with the keyboards on previous models of the Blackberry was probably the major sticking point for most people. However the makers have decided to drop their old keyboard format for this model and use the same one that all other phones use as it is much less confusing. This new Blackberry Pearl 3G has also done away with the tracker ball mouse and replaced it with an optical mouse this is far more responsive and less likely to develop problems. And when it comes to using this device you be glad to find that there are a number of hot keys as well as shortcuts which will save you quite a bit of time.
