According to Wikipedia,
A soft key is a button, located alongside a display device, which performs a function dependent on the text shown near it at that moment on the display. Soft keys are generally found on cellular phones, Automated Teller Machines, Primary Flight and Multi-Function Displays, although they are also found elsewhere. Hard key is the contrary term, which means a hard-coded key such as a number key pad or the Send/End key of a mobile phone. Depending on the development company, soft keys are often called F1(Left),F2(Right).

The Left Soft Key takes you to the Library.
Now you can select a submenu using the Navigation keys and touch [OK] to select.

Phones with TTY support can translate typed characters to voice and vice versa.
First you must select from four three TTY modes.
These are TTY Full. TTY + Talk and TTY + Hear.
TTY can also be set to Off.
Press [OK], Left Navigation Key, [OK], 6 and 4.
Touch [OK] to continue from the displayed message.
Use the up and down navigation keys to select from one of the TTY settings.
TTY Full is for users who cannot talk and hear.
TTY + Talk is for users who can talk but cannot hear.
TTY + Hear is for users who can hear but not talk.

Press [OK], Left navigation key, [OK] 5, 8, Use the up and down navigation keys to select a setting.

Press [OK], Left Navigation, [OK], 5,7.
Use the up and down navigation keys to select a setting.
Then touch [OK].

Now enter the four digit lock code, Press 3.
Touch [OK] after reading the warning message.
Press 1.
The phone will reset after a brief confirmation message.
