How do you reset your LG Chocolate phone to the factory default settings?
Press [OK], Left navigation key, [OK], 5, 5.
Now enter the four digit lock code, Press 3.
Touch [OK] after reading the warning message.
Press 1.
The phone will reset after a brief confirmation message.
