Where can i find a cell phone technical manual online?

For my engineering class I am supposed to find a technical manual for a cell phone, anyone know any good website that allow you to download technical manuals for free?

    I’m not sure if they’re available online, but try a manufacturer’s web site. If it’s available for free, make sure it’s legal. Engineering classes shouldn’t be encouraging piracy.

    I am sure there is no one to download for free but did even not found anything with google…If search engines are of no help, just ask some deep web specialists, e.g. - this is a manual search agency and if they don´t find it, it does not exist in the Internet. Note: it is a commercial service.
