Is there any way to get internet on my cell phone besides buying it from my cellular provider?

I really want to have internet in my phone but I don’t know how. I would buy it from my provider but it is just to expensive. Any help here?

   Purchasing the plan from your cell provider is the only way.

   No of course not…i knwo it is very pricey to afford internet on your phone…they have these cute little computers for on the go now if you need to use the internet/emailing alot on the go.
