my Cell Phone Rang today and it said the number calling me was the exact phone number ?

Cell rang and lets say my phone number is 222-333-4444 well that what my call Id on my cell said was calling me 222-333-4444 What is that and is there a website you can have do that? or is it something entirely else. What are the possible reasons for that happening? never seen that before. Also I answered and heard nothing and phone hung up after about 5-10 seconds
